One of my hobby is jogging.
I like sport. Sport is not only fun to do but it is also good for us too. Playing sport gives us exercise and keep us healthy. I have many hobby of sport. One of them is jogging. Jogging is gentle running. In jogging, what should and should not we do before and after jogging :
1. Before we start jogging, do some exercise. It is warming up. By doing this, our body will be able to adapt easily
2. Before we start jogging, we should not eat or drink anything. If we eat or drink something, moreover , if we eat or drink a lot our stomach will ache when we are jogging.
3. After jogging, don not take a bath already, we should wait for about fifteen minutes or until our body gets dry. If we are still in a sweat and take a bath, we will be sick.
Many people in Indonesian like jogging. It is very important to our body because keeps our heart healthy. I always jogging three times a week. If we get up early in the morning, we will see an unusual sight and fresh my body. I jogging to relax, to keep fit, or simply to enjoy
Jogging does not need a lot of money. It is a cheap and easy sport. We only a pair of running shoes, a sport shirt, shorts, and socks. .We can jogging on the streets, in the big squares, in the park, in the stadium, etc. If we want to make our body fit, we have to jogging at least three times a week or early other day. So, don not jogging only on sundays. We can jogging with our friends, girlfriend, and family. Jogging can make us solidarity to our them.
